PORTALES, NM (KRQE) – The University of Eastern New Mexico is teaming up with Red Rock Roasters in Albuquerque for a Greyhound brand coffee named Greyhound Grind. His name was chosen from more than 200 name suggestions submitted by alumni, students, faculty and staff of ENMU in honor of the university’s quick mascot. Patrice Caldwell, President of ENMU and Chancellor of the System, spoke more about coffee and other ENMU brand products.
The coffee is a fresh, medium dark new blend of Asian and Central American coffees with a great body and a long, sweet and chocolaty finish. Proceeds from the sale of each bag of Greyhound Grind are used to support ENMU scholarships.
