Hovland has also been named to the European Ryder Cup squad for the upcoming tournament where he will be hoping for glory against Team USA.
However, it was his off-green antics that really got the fans talking.
In a video shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, a fan shared a video of the images used on Hovland’s Tinder profile.
Among the photos used on his profile were snaps of the 25-year-old in action, with one posing with the Dubai Desert Classic trophy in 2022, while another shows him with the BMW International Trophy.

Other photos on the profile show him relaxing in a chair and enjoying dinner with friends.
Hovland’s profile also includes the introductory line: “A simple boy from Ekeberg.”
Of course, there’s no way to know for sure if the profile actually belongs to the Norwegian star, but the blue verified badge on the profile certainly suggests it’s the real deal.
Fans loved what they saw on his profile, saying, “He’s a legend on and off the course.”
Another said: ‘This picture of the restaurant needs to go’, while a third added: ‘Handsome and rich, he needs to fight for the matches.’
A fourth fan said: ‘Busy man, gotta line up this schedule’, while a final fan wrote: ‘Other guys don’t stand a chance.’
