After a prolific pre-season, Manchester City’s £45million striker made Arsenal legend Martin Keown purr with his first display.

“Arteta will be delighted with Jesus. Some of his moves were remarkable.

Keown later added: “Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko are on a different level to their Arsenal teammates.”
Jesus replaced Lacazette in the No.9 shirt, after the Frenchman followed Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang out the door on returning to Lyon earlier this summer.
And all parties seem to be satisfied, with Lacazette picking up an assist in 22 minutes on his Ligue 1 return against Ajaccio.
