The Foxes star had been absent from training and England’s opening matches with a knee injury but is now in full training.
The Three Lions are just one day away from their final Group B clash, with them facing domestic rivals Wales.
Southgate’s side currently top the group with four points, with Iran second with three, the United States with two and Wales with one bottom of the group.
However, all countries still have a chance to qualify for the Round of 16.
England will have to avoid defeat by more than four goals to qualify for the round of 16.
