EA FC 24 has launched Road to the Knockouts maps alongside the game’s global release as teams look to advance in Europe.

RTTK player items are linked to the biggest European men’s and women’s football leagues and had the honor of replacing Ones to Watch.

Road to the Knockouts cards are dynamic FUT items for players whose teams compete in the UEFA Champions League (UCL), UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL), UEFA Europa League (UEL), and the UEFA Europa Conference League (UECL).

This year, special UEFA Women’s Champions League cards will join all three men’s European competitions.

EA FC 24 RTTK: Release date and upgrades explained

The RTTK campaign started on Friday September 29.

It was the same day as the game’s general release and it replaced the Nike Mad Ready mini-promo in the Ultimate Team packs.

First introduced in FIFA 22 and continued last year, this year’s edition follows a similar leveling system in that they can get a maximum of two upgrades to their stats.

  • Earn an upgrade: The player’s team wins at least two of its remaining group stage matches.
  • Upgrading qualifications: The player’s team seals passage to the round of 16 of the competition of their choice

It remains to be confirmed when the qualification upgrades will go live, but this is expected to happen after the end of the group stages – with the victory boost added as soon as a team achieves two victories.
