Le Diner en Blanc – or “dinner in white” – has gone global since its creation in Paris around thirty years ago. In 2014, Washington launched its own version of this visually striking event, and since then, some 25,000 people have participated. This year, even a heavy rainstorm couldn’t keep people away.
