FRANKFURT (Reuters) – German Bank (DE 🙂 ‘s supervisory board on Sunday approved the appointment of Alexander Wynaendts as the next chairman, according to a memo seen by Reuters.
The support was disclosed in an email by general manager Christian Sewing.
Support from the entire board was a procedural step after a board committee appointed the Dutchman for the job on Friday.
