Cycling. Unpaid since January, Breton Lucie Jounier is looking for a new team

The galleys follow one another for Lucie Jounier: hit by a driver, last year, during a training outing in the South of Finistère, approached in the women’s team of B & B Hotels who finally did not seen the light of day, the Bretillienne (24 years old), like her teammates, finds herself deprived of salary by the Spanish formation Zaaf Cycling Team, where she had finally found refuge.

“I will not be able to continue in these conditions”, confides the Breton, who, under the colors of Zaaf, will compete in the Colpo event (with the men), this Sunday. “I’m looking for a new project, a new team. I hope to find one soon. Yes, I am in the perspective of resigning”.
