Crime Reports: Abilene man charged with assaulting elderly sister | KTAB

Incidents
Block 3200 of S Willis Street – criminal mischief
A victim reported that an unknown person damaged their vehicle and left no information. The total damage cost is approximately $3,000.
4500 Block of S 1st Street – Electronic Device Identity Theft
A victim reported a case of identity theft.
2600 Block of Nonesuch Road – Credit or Debit Card Abuse
A victim reported that several items were stolen during a vehicle break-in.
4300 Block of N 1st Street – Property Theft
Police responded to a used car dealership where a known suspect took a vehicle repossessed from them.
Block 3400 of Rebecca Lane – Property Theft
A victim claimed that a known suspect took $125 worth of jewelry.
Block 800 of Plum Street – Criminal Trespass
A suspect has been arrested for criminal trespassing in Abilene.
2500 Block of Nonesuch Road – Credit or Debit Card Abuse
A purse worth $150 was reported stolen and a debit card inside was used fraudulently.
1900 block of University Boulevard – aggravated assault – deadly weapon
One victim reported that a suspect threatened him with a knife. No injuries were reported.
600 Block of N Jefferson Drive – Dwelling Burglary
Shoes, a decoder and a television were stolen in North Abilene.
700 Block of Peach Street – Residential Burglary
A game console and hard drive worth nearly $500 were stolen in Abilene.
Block 4300 of Buffalo Gap Road – Indecent assault
One victim said they were touched inappropriately by a male suspect.
2600 Block of Barrow Street – Property Theft
A victim reported that a riding mower worth $3,300 was stolen.
LOCATION UNDISCLOSED – Assault Domestic Violence
A victim says he was assaulted by his ex-girlfriend.
4400 Block of Buffalo Gap Road – Property Theft
A suspect has been arrested for theft.
2800 Block of Ambler Avenue – Child/Elderly/Disabled Injury
Police respond to a disturbance in Abilene where a man is accused of assaulting his older sister.
1400 block of Bridge Avenue – criminal mischief
A victim reported damage to his vehicle in North Abilene.
Directors Parkway Block 6300 – Property Theft
An iPad worth $2,700 was stolen from a hotel in South Abilene.
2800 Block of Buffalo Gap Road – Assault, Domestic Violence
Officers responded to a disturbance in South Abilene where an offender was apprehended.
Arrests
Jeanette Johnson – tenure
Johnson was contacted during a disturbance and was arrested on multiple warrants.
Hunter Buckely – Mandate
Buckely was contacted during an investigation and found to have active warrants.
David Hunt – Criminal Trespass
Hunt was found inside a house he didn’t have permission to be in when the owners returned from a trip.
Avan Austin – Mandate
Austin was contacted on a service call and found to have 10 active warrants.
Waylon Richard – Mandate
Richard was contacted on a service call and found to have 5 warrants.
Benjamin Wilson – Warrant, Possession of Controlled Substance
Wilson was contacted in reference to an active warrant and was arrested. He was also found to have methamphetamine in his trouser pocket.
Ileah Flores – Property theft
Flores was contacted during a shoplifting on Market Street. She is accused of taking $75 worth of merchandise without paying.
Clarissa Fobbs – Public Intoxication
Fobbs was drunk at an Abilene gas station and had no way to get home. She took off her clothes and was arrested for being a danger to herself and others.
Marissa Martinez – Mandate
Martinez was contacted after being in a vehicle after an Abilene park closed. We found out she had an active warrant and she was arrested.
Dylon Boatright – Mandate
Boatright was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an active warrant.
Corey Steele – Aggression Domestic Violence
Steele was contacted during a disturbance and arrested.
Destiny Rocha – Mandate
Rocha was contacted in reference to an outstanding warrant and was arrested.
