CIBC increases its dividends for the quarter ending January 31, 2023


TORONTO, December 1, 2022 /CNW/ – CIBC (TSX: CM) (NYSE: CM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.85 per share on common stock for the quarter ending January 31, 2023an augmentation of two cents of the previous quarter. This dividend is payable on January 27, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 28, 2022.
