Christy Giles: Husband says his ‘worst fear’ the model was drugged and attacked before being thrown out of hospital

Christy Giles’ husband says it’s his “worst fear” that his wife will potentially be drugged and attacked before her body is dumped outside a Los Angeles hospital.

The 24-year-old model has died after a night out in town with her friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, who remains in critical condition in hospital.

About 12 hours after the women were last seen, Giles’ lifeless body was left on the sidewalk outside Southern California Hospital in Culver City, where she was pronounced dead.

Her mother, Dusty Giles, said she believed her daughter was drugged and assaulted before being dropped into hospital by a group of men who disguised their identities.

“Maybe they gave her something that neutralized her and then you know, who knows what happened then,” Mr Cilliers said. The independent.

“It’s my worst fear but also my working theory. We’ll just have to wait and see wait and see what the medical examiner comes back, supposedly it should be any day now. “

Mr Cilliers said police identified the men and questioned them about what happened.

“Bandana guys, the police have spoken to them before, they know they were partying with the girls, and that they dropped the girls off as soon as they overdosed,” he said.

“Does that mean Christy overdosed at 5pm, then they took her to the ER, then the other girl stayed in the apartment and took drugs and overdosed later?” It does not mean anything.

Mr Cilliers, who was visiting San Francisco last weekend, said his wife only came to the West LA apartment in the early hours of the morning to protect her friend.

“Christy was trying to leave at 5:30 am, she was worried about her safety and that of her friend.

“The only reason she was always there in the first place was because she didn’t want to leave her friend alone

“She would never leave a girlfriend behind, you know, the worst thing she would want … was for something like that to happen to her girlfriend, and unfortunately it happened to both of them.

“They ordered an Uber at 5:30 am. We never heard from them again until they were dropped off with no signs of vital signs and their bodies were already cold by 5 p.m. for Christy and 7 p.m. for Marcela – all of this is very suspicious. .

Mr Cilliers said heroin had been found in Ms Cabrales-Arzola’s system and neither of the two women would take the drugs voluntarily.

Mr Cilliers says he and his wife had their first date on Valentine’s Day 2019 after meeting at a London art gallery and tied the knot a few months later.

“This is all heartbreaking. Our relationship was the most magical relationship you can imagine. She was an incredible woman, ”he said.
