The trophy is the holy grail for reigning English champions Manchester City, who have been preparing for that first appearance in the final for years. Meanwhile, Chelsea will love their chances of winning their second Champions League title after their two recent wins against Manchester City.
Either way, an American will lift the trophy this afternoon as U.S. Men’s National Team stars Christian Pulisic (Chelsea) and Zack Steffen (Manchester City) seek to become the first American male players to compete in the a Champions League final. Both start the match from the bench,
