Chelsea transfer rumours: Victor Osimhen identified as priority target, Moises Caicedo investigation, Mount to Man United

helsea are gearing up for another crucial summer in the transfer market.
Mauricio Pochettino is expected to be appointed as the Blues’ new boss before the window opens, at which point a team release is expected to take place and further investment in signings.
Here is your latest update from Chelsea transfer news and rumors…
Victor Osimhen
Manchester United have long been touted as the main suitor to land Osimhen this summer in their bid for a new striker, who also have rumored Harry Kane on their shortlist.
Pochettino is believed to like Kane too, according to talkSPORT, but their report identified Napoli’s Osimhen as Chelsea’s first-choice striker.
The Blues are hoping to take advantage of the uncertainty surrounding the United takeover and secure the Nigerian’s signature at a cost of around £125million.
Such a deal would likely spell the end of Joao Felix’s stay in west London.

Brighton have, as Fabrizio Romano reported, already held talks with Arsenal over midfielder Caicedo, who they fought so hard to keep in the January transfer market.
But transfer reporter Dean Jones has now claimed Chelsea are very much in contention and will ask Brighton about their stance on cashing in.
The capital club would like to do their transfer business early and get a quick answer on whether Caicedo could join or if he should focus on other targets.
And eagle-eyed Chelsea fans spotted director Joe Shields sending the player a congratulatory message on social media after the Seagulls qualified for the Europa League. Which is something (maybe).
