In June, Pride Month was celebrated across India. Since 2018, when the Supreme Court decriminalized homosexuality, it has ushered in an era of change in the lives of many in the LGBTQ community. So how accepting are we of people with transgender and non-binary gender identities? How do we support gay, lesbian and bisexual people? And more specifically, what have been the results of Indian companies’ efforts towards diversity and inclusion, particularly in this regard?
