By Peter Brandt

This book focuses heavily on the technical aspects without drawing the attention of readers to the macro perspective. Being a macro guy, this is a concern for me as my point of view is to find the macro perspective first and then dig into the technicalities.

However, this book was a recommendation for me because Peter is a really good Chartist. He also has some iron will with a 30% win rate, but he shares a great track record in the book. The highlight is the 21 week period it takes, where it shares all the trades that it performed during this time. The good, the bad and the ugly.

If you love classic chart patterns you will love this book. In particular, I like the way Peter sets his risk when trading classic patterns. One for the bookshelf for sure, just balance it out with a macro reading too.
