On Friday, Uddhav Thackeray also sacked Eknath Shinde from the Shiv Sena. “You have engaged in anti-party activities and have also voluntarily renounced your membership in Shivsena. Therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me as Shivsena Paksha Pramukh, I am removing you from the post of leader of Shivsena in party organization,” Thackeray’s letter to Shinde said.
