Beyonce has a plot to celebrate – and it’s clear his family is at the top of the list.
Just one day before the July 29 release of his highly anticipated album, Renaissancethe Grammy winner celebrated the occasion by sharing a special message dedicated to her biggest inspirations: her and Jay Zchildren, Blueten, Rumi5, and Sir5.
“This three-act project was recorded over three years during the pandemic,” she wrote on her website on July 28 alongside a rare photo of her family. “A time to be quiet, but also a time when I discovered that I was most creative. Creating this album allowed me to dream and find escape during a scary time for the world.”
In her post, the 40-year-old noted that the album was also a “magnificent journey of exploration.”
“I want to give special thanks to Rumi, Sir and Blue for giving me the space, the creativity and the inspiration,” she added. “And a special thank you to my husband and muse, who held me through those late nights in the studio.”
