Angel and Nick Carter will join Lance Bass for a show in honor of Aaron Carter

Angel Carter and Nick Carter commemorate their brother’s legacy, Aaron Carter.

On what would have been the singer’s 35th birthday, his twin sister Angel announced that she would be performing at a charity concert called Songs for Tomorrow, in honor of Aaron. According to the event’s official website for tickets, Angel will perform alongside his older brother, Nick and Bass Spear.

In Angel’s post, she also paid tribute to their late sister. Lesliedied of an overdose aged 25 in 2012.

“When we lost Leslie I was blindsided and shocked,” she wrote in a Dec. 7 Instagram post, partly thanking everyone for their birthday wishes. “With Aaron, however, we had tried everything. In fact, I spoke with him two days before he passed away, and begged him, once again, to let us help. I had no idea it would be the last time I will ever hear his voice. And now I sit here on our anniversary trying to come to terms with this unimaginable loss to untreated mental illness and the addiction it has brought about.
