Amazon Prime truck pulls off highway outside Cisco, DPS parked for multiple wrecks

CISCO, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Slippery conditions on Cisco’s roads on Thanksgiving Day caused an Amazon Prime truck to lose control just outside of town, forming a near-knife position in the median of I-20.

The crash, involving an 18-wheel Amazon Prime, happened around 3:30 p.m. on I-20 East Thursday, just before exit 330 toward Cisco and Cross Plains.

KTAB/KRBC was able to confirm with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) that no one was injured in the crash and no other vehicles were involved.

Texas DPS said soldiers had been stationed in the area since about 3 a.m. Thursday, and it was not the first accident of the day like this.
