ALVIN, TX (KTRK) — More than a month after her disappearance, Michelle Reynolds has been found “alive and well” in New Orleans.
According to the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police helped locate Reynolds.
Reynolds was Alvin ISD’s teacher who was first reported missing on September 22 by her husband.

Texas EquuSearch, which joined the search for Reynolds, posted a photo of her walking south on Constance Street on September 23.
The photo shows the exact clothes and shoes, with the same hairstyle and color, that she was last seen in, Texas EquuSearch said.

Reynolds, a sixth grade reading and language arts teacher at Fairview Junior High in Alvin, was reunited with her family safely. At the request of the family, no further information will be released at this time, the sheriff’s office said in a written statement.
