Against corporate abuse, bringing group action out of a coma
The National Assembly will soon discuss a reform of class action, eight years after its creation. The procedure is supposed to offer citizens and consumers an effective remedy to jointly obtain redress for an abusive practice. But, for the moment, the promises are not kept.
