A German woman allegedly turned off a patient’s oxygen machine because of the noise

The first incident in which the unnamed woman allegedly cut off the oxygen supply happened sometime before 8 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Hospital staff intervened, telling her the oxygen supply was vital for her 79-year-old roommate.
However, about an hour later, the suspect allegedly turned off the machine again.
