In 2024, Maeva celebrates her 10th birthday. The accommodation reservation platform was launched in July 2014. And today has some 200,000 rentals per year, whether by the sea or in the mountains. “The activity is fairly balanced between campsites in summer and reservations in winter,” explains Nicolas Beaurain, the general director of Maeva. For this winter, “we have 30% more reservations compared to last year”, explains Nicolas Beaurain. Who is also pleased that the number of rentals has doubled since pre-Covid.
Flexibility and ecology highlighted
To attract customers, Maeva focuses on flexibility: payments in four installments, the possibility of canceling 24 hours before departure, an option “satisfied or refunded” which allows you to leave the premises free of charge. For several years, the brand has also highlighted its ecological commitment, notably by working on waste or water management in campsites. Maeva also encourages better collective mobility through its services: by offering its customers the option of traveling by train or bus.
