6-year-old girl hit in Trappes: the motorist, positive for cannabis, indicted

A motorist suspected of having hit a 6-year-old girl in Trappes (Yvelines) on Tuesday, who died shortly after the shock, was indicted on Thursday for manslaughter by a driver who used narcotics, the prosecution said. Versailles requested by AFP.

The 21-year-old woman was placed under judicial supervision, according to the same source. The driver had been tested positive for cannabis by a first test. According to a police source, the little girl was crossing the road by bicycle on Tuesday evening, around 8 p.m., when she fell while riding on the sidewalk. The driver, surprised, did not manage to avoid her and hit her, according to another police source.
